About the Instructor
Arturo Laime is a South American visual artist who has been working in Germany for more than 6 years. Originally from Lima, Perú, he studied Geographic and Environmental sciences before devoting himself to Art. He has developed several educational projects such as the travelling exhibition Peruvian Dinosaurs, as well as art and self-esteem workshops for children and mothers of small communities in the Amazon jungle. Since 2017 he works with AWO, teaching art classes for the residents of the August Stunz Zentrum in Frankfurt am Main. He recently inaugurated the pilot program Kunstmobil of Bundesland Bayern and Landskreis Wunsiedel to promote Art and Culture in Oberfranken.
